For vending operators, late-night shops and retailers.
Will it work with my machine?
Anything with an MDB interface qualifies. We install a reader and camera at the machine door, connected via MDB. Tell us the make and model and we will clarify it on the call.
What does it cost?
We are looking for the first operators: no software or licence fees, you only pay for the hardware. What retrofitting your machines costs, we discuss on the call.
Is the age verification legally compliant?
Under § 114 GewO it must be established that the person at the machine is the person on the ID. That is exactly what we check: the ID chip or ID Austria, then the face. The only legally compliant solution in Austria.
May I hand over beer and wine this way?
Selling from the machine is prohibited under § 52 (2) GewO. With Click & Collect the sale happens online; the machine hands the order over only after the age check. Legally permissible with Click & Collect.

Yes. The system runs every day in our shops in Vienna, for real. Drop by, or request a call-back.

Ти купуєш і платиш онлайн, а замовлення забираєш в одному з наших автоматів. Продаж відбувається онлайн — автомат лише видає його.
Як я плачу?
Карткою, Apple Pay або Google Pay. Оплата проходить через Stripe; дані твоєї картки ми ніколи не бачимо.
Чи маю я підтверджувати вік?
Лише якщо замовлення містить товари з віковим обмеженням, наприклад алкоголь чи тютюн. Усе інше ти просто забираєш.
Які документи працюють?
Паспорт або посвідчення особи з чипом — упізнаєш їх за символом чипа на документі. Або ID Austria у телефоні. Посвідчення водія та e-card не працюють.
Як забрати замовлення?
Після оплати ти отримуєш код. Уводиш його на автоматі, за потреби підтверджуєш вік — і дверцята відчиняються.
Скільки маю часу?
Сім днів від замовлення. Після цього код втрачає чинність.
Я не зміг забрати — чи повернуть гроші?
Так. Якщо не забереш замовлення протягом семи днів, ми повернемо суму автоматично. Якщо це раптом не станеться, просто напиши нам.
