Will it work with my machine?
Anything with an MDB interface qualifies. We install a reader and camera at the machine door, connected via MDB. Tell us the make and model and we will clarify it on the call.
What does it cost?
We are looking for the first operators: no software or licence fees, you only pay for the hardware. What retrofitting your machines costs, we discuss on the call.
Is the age verification legally compliant?
Under § 114 GewO it must be established that the person at the machine is the person on the ID. That is exactly what we check: the ID chip or ID Austria, then the face. The only legally compliant solution in Austria.
May I hand over beer and wine this way?
Selling from the machine is prohibited under § 52 (2) GewO. With Click & Collect the sale happens online; the machine hands the order over only after the age check. Legally permissible with Click & Collect.
Can I see it?
Yes. The system runs every day in our shops in Vienna, for real. Drop by, or request a call-back.

Шта је Click & Collect?
Купујеш и плаћаш онлајн, а наруџбину преузимаш на једном од наших аутомата. Продаја се одвија онлајн — аутомат ти је само издаје.
Како плаћам?
Картицом, Apple Payom или Google Payom. Плаћање иде преко Stripea; податке твоје картице никада не видимо.
Морам ли да доказујем године?
Само ако наруџбина садржи артикле са старосним ограничењем, нпр. алкохол или дуван. Све остало једноставно преузмеш.
Који документи раде?
Пасош или лична карта са чипом — препознајеш их по симболу чипа на документу. Или ID Austria на телефону. Возачка дозвола и e-card не раде.
Како преузимам наруџбину?
Након плаћања добијеш код за преузимање. Унесеш га на аутомату, по потреби потврдиш године и врата се отварају.
Колико времена имам?
Седам дана од наруџбине. Након тога код истиче.
Нисам могао да преузмем — добијам ли новац назад?
Да. Ако не преузмеш наруџбину у року од седам дана, износ ти аутоматски враћамо. Ако то некад не успе, само нам се јави.
