Will it work with my machine?
Anything with an MDB interface qualifies. We install a reader and camera at the machine door, connected via MDB. Tell us the make and model and we will clarify it on the call.
What does it cost?
We are looking for the first operators: no software or licence fees, you only pay for the hardware. What retrofitting your machines costs, we discuss on the call.
Is the age verification legally compliant?
Under § 114 GewO it must be established that the person at the machine is the person on the ID. That is exactly what we check: the ID chip or ID Austria, then the face. The only legally compliant solution in Austria.
May I hand over beer and wine this way?
Selling from the machine is prohibited under § 52 (2) GewO. With Click & Collect the sale happens online; the machine hands the order over only after the age check. Legally permissible with Click & Collect.

Yes. The system runs every day in our shops in Vienna, for real. Drop by, or request a call-back.

Čo je Click & Collect?
Nakupuješ a platíš online a objednávku si vyzdvihneš v jednom z našich automatov. Predaj prebieha online — automat ju len vydá.
Ako platím?
Kartou, Apple Pay alebo Google Pay. Platbu spracúva Stripe; údaje z tvojej karty nikdy nevidíme.
Musím preukazovať vek?
Len ak objednávka obsahuje vekovo obmedzený tovar, napríklad alkohol alebo tabak. Všetko ostatné si jednoducho vyzdvihneš.
Aké doklady fungujú?
Pas alebo občiansky preukaz s čipom — spoznáš ho podľa symbolu čipu na doklade. Alebo ID Austria v telefóne. Vodičský preukaz a e-card nefungujú.
Ako si objednávku vyzdvihnem?
Po zaplatení dostaneš kód. Zadáš ho na automate, v prípade potreby potvrdíš vek a dvierka sa otvoria.
Koľko mám času?
Sedem dní od objednávky. Potom kód prepadne.
Nemohol som si to vyzdvihnúť — dostanem peniaze späť?
Áno. Ak si objednávku nevyzdvihneš do siedmich dní, sumu ti automaticky vrátime. Keby to niekedy nevyšlo, stačí sa nám ozvať.
