Will it work with my machine?
Anything with an MDB interface qualifies. We install a reader and camera at the machine door, connected via MDB. Tell us the make and model and we will clarify it on the call.
What does it cost?
We are looking for the first operators: no software or licence fees, you only pay for the hardware. What retrofitting your machines costs, we discuss on the call.
Is the age verification legally compliant?
Under § 114 GewO it must be established that the person at the machine is the person on the ID. That is exactly what we check: the ID chip or ID Austria, then the face. The only legally compliant solution in Austria.
May I hand over beer and wine this way?
Selling from the machine is prohibited under § 52 (2) GewO. With Click & Collect the sale happens online; the machine hands the order over only after the age check. Legally permissible with Click & Collect.

Yes. The system runs every day in our shops in Vienna, for real. Drop by, or request a call-back.

Co je Click & Collect?
Nakupuješ a platíš online a objednávku si vyzvedneš v jednom z našich automatů. Prodej probíhá online — automat ji jen vydá.
Jak platím?
Kartou, Apple Pay nebo Google Pay. Platbu zpracovává Stripe; údaje z tvé karty nikdy nevidíme.
Musím prokazovat věk?
Jen pokud objednávka obsahuje věkově omezené zboží, například alkohol nebo tabák. Vše ostatní si prostě vyzvedneš.
Jaké doklady fungují?
Pas nebo občanský průkaz s čipem — poznáš ho podle symbolu čipu na dokladu. Nebo ID Austria v telefonu. Řidičský průkaz a e-card nefungují.
Jak si objednávku vyzvednu?
Po zaplacení dostaneš kód. Zadáš ho na automatu, v případě potřeby potvrdíš věk a dvířka se otevřou.
Kolik mám času?
Sedm dní od objednávky. Poté kód propadne.
Nemohl jsem si to vyzvednout — dostanu peníze zpět?
Ano. Pokud si objednávku nevyzvedneš do sedmi dnů, částku ti automaticky vrátíme. Kdyby to někdy nevyšlo, stačí se nám ozvat.
