For vending operators, late-night shops and retailers.
Will it work with my machine?
Anything with an MDB interface qualifies. We install a reader and camera at the machine door, connected via MDB. Tell us the make and model and we will clarify it on the call.
What does it cost?
We are looking for the first operators: no software or licence fees, you only pay for the hardware. What retrofitting your machines costs, we discuss on the call.
Is the age verification legally compliant?
Under § 114 GewO it must be established that the person at the machine is the person on the ID. That is exactly what we check: the ID chip or ID Austria, then the face. The only legally compliant solution in Austria.
May I hand over beer and wine this way?
Selling from the machine is prohibited under § 52 (2) GewO. With Click & Collect the sale happens online; the machine hands the order over only after the age check. Legally permissible with Click & Collect.
Can I see it?
Yes. The system runs every day in our shops in Vienna, for real. Drop by, or request a call-back.

ما هي خدمة Click & Collect؟
تشتري وتدفع عبر الإنترنت، ثم تستلم طلبك من أحد أجهزتنا. البيع يتم عبر الإنترنت — والجهاز يسلّمك الطلب فقط.
كيف أدفع؟
بالبطاقة أو Apple Pay أو Google Pay. تتم عملية الدفع عبر Stripe؛ ولا نطّلع أبداً على بيانات بطاقتك.
هل يجب أن أُثبت عمري؟
فقط إذا كان طلبك يحتوي على منتجات مقيّدة بالعمر، مثل الكحول أو التبغ. أما ما عدا ذلك فتستلمه مباشرة.
ما الوثائق المقبولة؟
جواز سفر أو بطاقة هوية مزوّدة بشريحة — تعرفها من رمز الشريحة المطبوع على الوثيقة. أو ID Austria على هاتفك. رخصة القيادة وبطاقة التأمين الصحي غير مقبولة.
كيف أستلم طلبي؟
بعد الدفع تحصل على رمز استلام. تُدخله على الجهاز، وتؤكد عمرك عند الحاجة، فيُفتح الباب.
كم من الوقت لديّ؟
سبعة أيام من تاريخ الطلب. بعدها تنتهي صلاحية رمز الاستلام.
لم أتمكن من الاستلام — هل أسترد أموالي؟
نعم. إذا لم تستلم طلبك خلال سبعة أيام، فسنعيد لك المبلغ تلقائياً. وإذا لم يحدث ذلك لأي سبب، فتواصل معنا فحسب.
